NEA will be sponsoring a program of intergenerational mentoring through our CTA/OESPA Retiree Chapter.  We will be working with UCF juniors and seniors in the College of Education and with the OCPS first and second year teachers.  There will be compensation for the mentors and we plan on implementing the program in January 2012 with NEA training starting on Sept. 21 and 22.  UCF College of Education representatives will give an overview of their participation in this program, as well as possible job opportunities.  The CTA-R meeting on 9/21/2011 will be at 1pm at the CTA office on Webster Avenue.
