The NEA Representative Assembly for 2007 was held in Philadelphia. There
were great sights to see. This was the 150th birthday of the NEA who
first met in Philadelphia. A special added treat was that all 8 of the
Democratic candidates for president addressed the assembly plus for the
first time in 50 years a Republican candidate, Mike Huckabee also
addressed us. All received great welcomes and spoke quite to our points
of 'A great education for all of America's children.' ALSO you can see
we had special Florida shirts. Our President, Mike Cahill also treated
us to a special lunch one day. Next year the RA is in Washington D.C.
